We agree the plan
We confirm availability, clarify the details and agree the planning scope with you.

Pay once, then we begin
Once everyone is happy with the agreed scope, we email you a secure one-time Stripe Payment Link and begin after payment.
Tickets and reservations
Clear before anything is booked.
Flight, accommodation, car, boat and attraction suggestions are recommendations unless we agree otherwise in writing. Private transport reservation coordination may be available.
If attraction ticket assistance is requested, availability and the full third-party cost are confirmed before purchase. E-tickets are then sent to your email.
Payment and cancellation policy
After we agree the planning scope and everyone is happy to proceed, you receive a secure one-time Stripe Payment Link by email. No travel planning payment link is displayed on this website.
Because work on your personalised service begins after payment, the planning fee is non-refundable once paid.
Tickets and other third-party purchases are refundable only when permitted by the relevant provider's policy.
How payment works
