Refund Policy
At Insider Croatia, we want customers to feel confident when purchasing our digital guides. Because our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately, refunds are subject to the following conditions and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
1. 24-Hour Refund Request Period
You may request a refund within 24 hours of completing your purchase.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@insidercroatia.com and provide:
- Your full name.
- The email address used for the purchase.
- Your order number, if available.
- The reason for your refund request.
Submitting a request within 24 hours does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
2. Digital Product Access
Because our guides are digital products delivered immediately, legal rights concerning cancellation or withdrawal may differ depending on your location and whether you expressly agreed to immediate digital delivery.
Where applicable law permits, customers may be asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge the effect this may have on their statutory right to cancel.
Our voluntary 24-hour refund policy applies subject to these terms and any mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be available where:
- A valid request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase under our voluntary refund policy.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You purchased the wrong package by genuine mistake and contact us promptly.
- The digital file is materially defective or cannot be accessed and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period.
4. Abuse of the Refund Policy
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to refuse repeated, fraudulent or abusive refund requests, including circumstances suggesting that a customer has repeatedly purchased, downloaded, copied or otherwise retained digital products before requesting refunds.
This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on your bank or payment provider.
