Insider Croatia provides digital educational and informational guides designed to help foreigners learn basic Croatian and better understand everyday life, work, culture and lifestyle in Croatia.

We also provide personalised travel research, itinerary planning and local recommendations. We do not sell package holidays and are not the operator of any third-party accommodation, transport, attraction or other travel service.

All products sold through Insider Croatia are digital products, primarily provided in PDF format. No physical product will be shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise.

After successful payment, customers will receive access to the purchased digital product through the method specified at checkout, such as an immediate download link or email delivery.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that your device can open and read PDF files.

Submitting the travel planning form is an initial enquiry only. It does not create a booking, guarantee availability or require payment. The scope, planning fee and expected delivery date must be agreed by all parties before payment or work begins.

The planning service may include a personalised itinerary, local recommendations and an optional consultation. Recommendations are based on the information you provide, including your dates, budget, group size, interests and preferences.

Planning fees are €49 for 1–2 travellers, €99 for 3–8 travellers and €149 for 9 or more travellers unless a different written quote is agreed. Attraction tickets and all other third-party costs are additional.

Once the agreed scope is confirmed and all parties are happy to proceed, Insider Croatia will send a secure one-time Stripe Payment Link to the email address provided. No Personal Travel Planner payment link is displayed publicly on this website.

Flights, accommodation, public transport, transfers, car or boat rentals, restaurants, attractions and similar services are supplied by independent third parties. A recommendation does not guarantee price, availability, quality or suitability.

No ticket or third-party service will be purchased on your behalf without prior confirmation of the price and your written approval. Any third-party booking is also subject to that provider's own terms, cancellation rules and refund policy.

You remain responsible for checking passports, visas, insurance, health requirements, opening hours, transport schedules and other time-sensitive travel information.

All prices are displayed in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.

The total price payable will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase. Any applicable taxes will be handled according to relevant legal and payment-processing requirements.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Insider Croatia does not directly store full payment card details.

Payment for the Personal Travel Planner is made once through the private Stripe Payment Link sent by email after the service scope has been agreed. Personalised planning work begins after successful payment.

When you purchase an Insider Croatia guide, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal use.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce the guide for commercial purposes.
• Share the purchased PDF with other people.
• Upload the guide to websites, cloud-sharing platforms, social media groups, forums or file-sharing services.
• Resell, redistribute or sublicense any Insider Croatia product.
• Remove copyright notices or branding.
• Use substantial parts of the content to create or sell a competing product.

Each purchase is intended for one individual user unless a separate business, employer, recruitment agency or group licence has been agreed in writing.

All original content, text, branding, design elements and educational materials published by Insider Croatia are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to the customer. It only provides the customer with permission to use the purchased material under the terms described above.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information provided in our guides is accurate and useful at the time of publication.

However, laws, salaries, minimum wages, taxes, healthcare procedures, transport systems, prices, government services, employment rules and other information may change over time.

Customers should always verify important or time-sensitive information with the appropriate official Croatian authority or qualified professional.

Insider Croatia guides are practical educational resources. They are not official Croatian language courses or recognised qualifications and do not replace professional language instruction.

The content does not constitute legal, immigration, financial, employment, tax or medical advice.

We aim to keep our website and digital products available and accessible. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Because our guides are digital products delivered immediately and you retain a permanent copy, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

Personal Travel Planner work begins after payment and is prepared specifically for the customer. The planning fee is therefore non-refundable once paid, including where the customer later cancels the trip, changes their plans or decides not to use the completed itinerary.

Attraction tickets and other third-party purchases are refundable only where the relevant provider permits a refund under its own policy.

You may not use the Insider Croatia website or its products for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes, or in any way that infringes the rights of Insider Croatia or third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Insider Croatia is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from reliance on general information contained in our guides, changes in official rules or procedures, third-party travel services, itinerary changes or decisions made based solely on our informational content or recommendations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this website with the relevant update date.
